Refund policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all MEGEM stone bath mats.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at hello@megemhome.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and issue a full refund once the mat is received back in its original condition.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the mat must be unused and in its original packaging. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or defective
If your mat arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@megemhome.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement. No return required.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at hello@megemhome.com.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different variant, return your original order and place a new one once the return is accepted.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on used mats or items not in their original condition.
