The object you ordered is heavy, mineral, and permanent. It travels in packaging built for its weight. Free shipping within the United States. Every order leaves our studio within one business day and reaches you in three to five.
Complimentary on every order.
All orders placed within the United States ship free of charge. No minimum. No membership. No tier. The cost is included in the object, not added at checkout.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time ship the same day. Orders placed after ship the following business day. Delivery takes three to five business days from dispatch, via ground carrier with tracking.
A tracking number is sent by email the moment your package leaves our studio in Missouri. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Thirty days to decide.
If the object is not right for the room you intended it for, return it unused within thirty days of delivery. We refund the full purchase price to the original payment method.
To initiate a return, write to us at hello@megemhome.com with your order number. We respond within one business day with instructions and a return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Returned objects must arrive in unused condition with original packaging intact. Once received, refunds are processed within three business days.

Stone is heavy and the box is built for it. In the rare event that the object arrives broken or damaged in transit, photograph it on arrival and write to us at hello@megemhome.com within seven days. A replacement is sent immediately, with no questions and no return required.
